In the small village of Lüsen, in the Eisack Valley, we are selling this stylish country house with stunning views on the impressive mountain landscape of South Tyrol. In a breathtaking setting at an altitude of 1,250 metres, the prestigious property has a total interior area of 820 sqm. The property has been renovated to a high standard and consists of two historic farmhouses, of which the main building has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. In the outbuilding there is another flat with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
The main villa extends over four levels and is characterised by spacious living areas with large windows and fantastic panoramic terraces over which the wonderful mountain landscape can be admired.
In addition, the property is equipped with a spa with relaxation area, a small sauna and canadian whirlpool.
The farmhouse adjacent to the country house, once used as a barn, now hosts a spacious garage for several cars and large open spaces with terraces, both usable as working areas as well as for organising events.
The property has an outdoor area of 17.4 hectares and consists of a beautiful spacious private garden, meadows (3.4 hectares) and large woodland (14 hectares).

Lüsen is known as the hiker’s paradise at the gateway to the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The area offers a unique variety of landscapes.
A hikers’ paradise, this is how the municipality of Luson, located in a side valley of the Valle Isarco, could be described best. Luson is not composed of component localities, but includes the hamlets of Croce, Huben, Monte, Valletta, Pezzè, Villa and Ronco. The parish church of Luson is dedicated to S. Giorgio and boasts a baptismal font of the 14th century as well as three striking wooden altars. Interesting from a historical point of view is the Mairhof at the entrance of the village, worth seeing is also the Stricker show mill.
Luson is an outdoor gym for those who love to spend their holidays under the open sky. The Alpe di Luson pasture, the awesome alpine meadows round the Sasso Putia, a sunrise tour to the top of the Sasso Putia or a trip to the Alpe di Rodengo are only some of the possibilities Luson offers. After a day in the mountains round Luson, we recommend you to make a refreshing jump into the cool waters of the natural bathing lake of Luson, open from 10 am to 8 pm. Horse riding lessons and the paragliding school Wasserkuppe make the summer activity programme complete.
However, also the winter season is in no way inferior to the summer season: a ski lift for beginners and an ice skating ground can for example be found in the village. Charming destinations for winter hikes in the great outdoors, however, are the alpine pastures of the Malga Kreuzwiese, the chapel Pianer Kapelle, the pastures of Compaccia, the Cima Lasta and the Alpe di Rodengo. If you prefer cross-country skiing, there are the trails at the Alpe di Luson, Alpe di Rodengo, the panoramic run of Luson and the ski trail at Passo delle Erbe. By the way, a ski shuttle takes you to the nearby skiing area of the Plose. Of course Luson also offers the possibility of tobogganing. To make the offer complete, there is an ice tower for those who love the thrill of ice climbing.
