- You can use your apartment for up to 70 days per year, with a maximum of 14 days in high season (July and August), a maximum of 21 days in the middle season (April, May, June, September, October), and no restriction on days in low season.
When you use your apartment, you have privileged access to all of the hotel’s services and facilities – including a dedicated concierge service, multiple pools, 5 restaurants/bars, a fitness center, a kids’ club, a spa, and many curated experiences.
When you are not using it, your apartment will be available to rent to guests under Viceroy’s management on a rental pool system, which ensures a refined and fully supported residential ownership experience, as well as a possible rental income for you.
