This duplex penthouse occupies the third and fourth floors of One Palace Green, the Grade II* listed Arts and Crafts mansion Philip Webb completed in 1870 for George Howard, later ninth Earl of Carlisle. Restored for REDD to designs by Pilbrow & Partners, the building stands behind high gates with concierge service, layered security and gardens landscaped by Randle Siddeley.

From the entrance hall, the formal living room lies to one side, lit by a broad bay window beneath a sloping ceiling of 4.44 metres.
