Excellent location, between the expanding Ajuda University Campus, the Liga Foundation, the Ajuda Firefighters Humanitarian Association, and the Monsanto Forest Park.

A bit further but still close is the Ajuda National Palace.

The land has a configuration of about 22 m in depth and 55 m of usable width.

Considering the conditions and limitations stated in articles 49, 53, 54, and 55 of the Lisbon Municipal Master Plan Regulation, the possibility of constructing a residential building with five floors is considered, with a frontage of about 50 meters and a depth of 15 meters, leaving the remaining lot as a yard.

This building prospect complies with the indication in article 54 of the PDM Regulation, in item 2, letter c), where the maximum Gross Utilization Index (IUB) is 2 m²/m², which would allow for a residential occupation of approximately 4,000 m² on the total 2,000 m² land.
