Conditions:

Apartment (full ownership) with immediate occupancy possible by the owner after the purchase deed, or with a tourist rental contract offering a guaranteed return investment of 5% for 5 years, or 3% for 10 years. In these cases, the owner may use the property for 4 weeks annually, restricted to the first week of July or August; the first week of December or January; and two weeks during the rest of the year.

At the end of the tourist rental contract, the owner has the option to renew or cancel the agreement, after which they may occupy the property full-time.

Payment plans:

- Promise to purchase contract with 20% payment.
