Conditions:

- Apartment (full ownership) with immediate occupancy possible by the owner after the purchase deed, or with a tourist rental contract offering a guaranteed return investment of 5% for 5 years, or 3% for 10 years. In these cases, the owner may use the property for 4 weeks annually, restricted to the first week of July or August; the first week of December or January; and two weeks during the rest of the year.

- At the end of the tourist rental contract, the owner has the option to renew or cancel the agreement, after which they may occupy the property full-time.

Payment plans:

- Promise to purchase contract with 20% payment.
