Guest House W/ Rooftop

The entire third floor and terrace are currently operating as a 9-bedroom guest house, similar to a small hotel, and with the necessary official license, which can be easily and legally transferred to another person or commercial entity.

Each of the 9 rooms is suitable for 2 guests, and has a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, safe, windows with shutters, emergency lighting, and smoke detectors.

There is a common dining area with a kitchenette, which guests can use, and an additional public bathroom. There are two more kitchen areas for staff use, one on the third floor, and one on the terrace, where there is also another bathroom, making 11 bathrooms and 3 kitchens in total.

The terrace is a leisure area, with tables and chairs, sun loungers, artificial grass and plants, parasols, shower cabin and an indoor area with kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast is served on the terrace during summer.
