Composed of 142 luxury apartments with a modern design, 108 of which are available for investment, it is strategically located ensuring the best views of the Tagus River and promoting a city life with access to history, culture, and local gastronomy.

The apartments were designed modularly, allowing adaptations according to seasonal demand and promoting an even more flexible investment.

As an Investment model, it is considered:

• Guaranteed Minimum Return – 2 Options
a) 5% Year in the first 5 years
b) 3% Year in the first 10 years
• Tourism Exploration Contract – 20 Years
• Net return on investment before taxes
• Fees for management, services, maintenance, reserve fund, and periodic provision and insurance included in operating expenses
• Owner Use – 4 weeks/year – Maximum use restriction of one week in July/August and December/January
