The architecture combines clean contemporary forms with natural materials, allowing the residence to sit comfortably within its surroundings rather than apart from them. White-rendered surfaces, local stone and timber detailing create a restrained palette that responds naturally to the character of the coastline and the olive-covered hillsides beyond.

The property has been planned to balance openness and privacy, with the principal residence and guest accommodation positioned to create distinct areas across the estate while remaining visually connected through the landscape. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms are distributed between the main residence and the independent guest accommodation. The private areas continue the same architectural approach found throughout the property, favouring simplicity, natural materials and carefully framed views.
