In the Krems district of Weinzierl, the non-profit housing company GEDESAG developed the Bernhardigasse residential project (project name: Weinzierl XIII B) with a total of 80 apartments. All apartments are sold as condominiums, some subsidized and some privately financed. Contemporary requirements such as energy-optimized construction and accessibility (according to Lower Austria housing subsidy guidelines) were top priorities in the project’s design, planning, and construction.
