Warren Road, a tree lined through road, lies equidistant between Kingston and Wimbledon town centres. The Development
The Watergardens; this exclusive gated development of 37 luxury apartments set within 9 acres of award wining landscaped grounds, was built by Octagon Developments in 1989.

There are three separate blocks, known as the East Lawns, West Lawns and the Japanese architectural design with intricate wood details, all surrounded by mature lawns, trees and bushes.
