The plot with 883.50m2, already has a T4 villa, with two floors, under construction, and the project foresees the construction of housing space with a total built area of 394.5m2, with 140.7m2 on the ground floor, 190.6m2 on the upper floor and 63.2m2 of annex. The garden, with 400m2, facing west and facing the City Park, hosts a swimming pool with 35m2.

The reinforced concrete structure is already built and part of the masonry (2024). The construction permit is valid for immediate continuation of the work. The sale of the villa is carried out in its current state.

The location benefits from excellent road access. In the vicinity are several Schools, the Sports Complex of Vitória Sport Clube, the city’s Gymnastics Academy, the future facilities of a swimming pool complex of the future Campus of Justice.

The current architectural project foresees an upper floor for private areas consisting of four suites, two of them with dedicated toilets.

For the lower floor, the service and social areas were designed, namely the living room and the dining room, large and flexible spaces, as well as an office oriented to the rear patio.
