The hotel is spread over four floors for a total of approximately 1000 square meters, functionally distributed, and was designed in the 1970s with the aim of ensuring maximum comfort for guests and staff.
The hotel’s interiors are spacious, thanks to the numerous windows that offer a wide view of the sea and the surrounding hills, enjoying a beautiful east-southeast exposure. Less than 300 meters away is the historic medieval village of Grottammare, classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy. Since 1988, Grottammare has been awarded the Blue Flag by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education), deeming it one of the most virtuous Italian municipalities in terms of water quality, the cleanest and best-equipped beaches in Italy, the services offered, and environmental management.
The hotel can be accessed either through a side driveway or from a front staircase. On this floor, dedicated to common areas, we find the lobby, reception, restaurant, and breakfast room. These spaces open onto a spacious solarium terrace overlooking the Adriatic coast and beaches. This floor also houses the bathrooms, kitchens, and staff quarters. On the upper floors are 20 rooms, all with bathrooms and private terraces. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The property also includes a private apartment, the owners’ residence, comprising: entrance hall, living room with dining area and terrace, eat-in kitchen with balcony, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, all with balconies. The structure, already in Energy Class D, can still be customized.
The rooms enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the lush surrounding greenery. The hotel also features a solarium on the fourth floor, offering spectacular panoramic views of Grottammare and the sea. On the ground floor, there is a garage with 10 parking spaces.
The hotel’s location is perfect for sea and nature lovers, but also for those wishing to explore the region’s cultural and historical beauties, being at the heart of an area rich in art and culture. Guests can reach the beach in just a few minutes’ walk, while numerous tourist and cultural attractions are nearby.
Grottammare is a tourist resort, always renowned for its quality climate, which is responsible for the blossoming of the orange tree, also the emblem of the town, together with San Benedetto del Tronto and Cupra Marittima it forms the so-called Riviera delle Palme.
The property has an annual hotel license. Today it is being sold, reluctantly by the owners who, having reached the age limit, would like to retire.
