Located in the Santa Luzia area, the Lodge | Torrinha benefits from a privileged location, close to the city center. The development consists of 106 apartments spread over two six-storey buildings, with typologies T1, T2 and T3. All units have balconies and flower boxes, and some also include terraces, private gardens and panoramic views over the bay of Funchal.

The apartments are designed to provide functionality and comfort, with fully equipped kitchens and laundry rooms, pre-installation of air conditioning and en-suite bedrooms.

In the common areas, each building has a rooftop with a swimming pool and solarium, providing wide views over the city and the sea. The Lodge’s Contemporary Architecture | Torrinha stands out for the use of high quality materials, such as exposed concrete, glass and steel, ensuring durability and a modern and timeless aesthetic. Sustainability was also integrated into the development of the project, through the installation of photovoltaic panels and heat pumps for energy production and domestic hot water. All fractions include covered parking with independent electric charging, with one space per room and up to two spaces available in T1 typologies.

The Lodge | Torrinha intends to raise the standards of housing in Madeira, reconciling modernity, comfort and accessibility, in order to respond to a broader market. The architectural project is signed by the RH+ Arquitetos studio, recognized for its contemporary and functional approach, while the construction is in charge of AFAVIAS, ensuring high quality standards in all phases of the development.
