Detached House T3 with Swimming Pool in Maiorca — 1,085 m² Between the Castle and the Rice Fields

Built in 2024 and inhabited since then, this house has had time to prove what a project only promises on paper: that heating reaches every room, that the swimming pool actually gets used, that the covered veranda is where the day ends.

We are in Maiorca, a village in Figueira da Foz nestled against the S. Bento hillside, on the right bank of the Mondego river. The House
