Quinta Chamusca, Golegã

Charming Centennial Farm that is located in the Ribatejo region, more precisely between Chamusca and Golegã, very close to the banks of the Tagus River, with a privileged view and good road access, characterised by the fertility of its lands, the abundance of fruit trees, cork oaks, olive groves and the beauty of its rural landscapes.

The Quinta consists of housing and annexes, stables, garages, kennel, agricultural facilities, a riding arena and three tranques and two ruined houses in addition to the large habitable house. It can also be used as a magnificent space for Events (Weddings, baptisms, among others). In total the area of urban + rustic land is 6.5 ha.

The villa is divided into two floors and has two independent entrances with three kitchens, several bedrooms (all en suite - except one of them), bathrooms and three living rooms, of traditional Portuguese design and typical of the Ribatejo region. The villa and pool area have a sunrise/sunset sun exposure.

In addition to the windows we also have a large balcony and a huge terrace with a pool that allows you to enjoy the wonderful view over the landscape.
