It results from the reconstruction and expansion of three buildings located in Rua de Cedofeita.
For the lot, the project of a building with 5 floors was licensed, which includes 1 commercial space and 9 apartments (1 T2 duplex and 1 T3 duplex on the ground floor with private gardens; 6 T2/T2 +1 and 1 T3).
The apartments have storage and parking space (double for T3).

Rua de Cedofeita, which connects Praça de Carlos Alberto to Rua da Boavista, dates back to the sixth century.
