Downstream from the former convent, through a beautiful avenue bordered by hedges, there is a large swimming pool measuring 8 x 16 m. Not far from the pool is a 40 sq m tree house which houses an additional suite.
The ancient convent is located in the vicinity of Castiglione del Lago and a stone’s throw from Tuscany: Siena, Cortona and Montepulciano are easily accessible, as is the Umbrian side with Perugia and Orvieto, both about 35 minutes away by car. Nearby we find famous thermal spas. Castiglione del Lago and Chiusi - Chianciano Terme stations are just minutes away, as is the entrance to the A1 highway, making connections to Rome and Florence very easy.
