- 7 hectares of vineyard registered with the DOCG Montecucco primarily of Sangiovese quality, and in smaller areas of Merlot, Trebbiano, Malvasia, Ansonica, and Ciliegiolo, arranged in orderly rows on gentle hills and trained to Guyot;
- 2 hectares of olive grove predominantly of the Seggianese DOP quality with Leccino and Moraiolo;
- Approximately 2 hectares partly consisting of coppice forest and partly uncultivated land.
