Designed by architect Manuel Aires Mateus, WhiteVillas is a set of three houses in Estoril where restrained lines and natural light lead the entire experience of the space. Villa B, with 232 sqm of construction area and 68 sqm of private outdoor space, stands out for the generosity of its interior scale combined with the discretion of a sheltered location.

On the ground floor, the kitchen and living room merge into a single south-facing space, bathed in light throughout the day, with direct access to the pool and private outdoor area. A guest bathroom serves this floor. The upper floor brings together three generous en suite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and fitted wardrobe, in a design where the flow between private spaces is complete.

The outdoor space holds the pool, finished in reconstituted stone, and the reserved parking area, with room for two cars beneath a steel-cable pergola. The upper-floor terraces extend the bedrooms outward, and a private storage room completes the offering.

In terms of finishes, every detail was designed for comfort and durability. Interior floors are in continuous cementitious flooring with a mottled effect, the bathrooms finished in light-toned reconstituted marble, and the window frames in anodised aluminium with double glazing. Climate control is provided by hydraulic underfloor heating and fan coil units, with mechanical ventilation throughout, a more efficient and comfortable solution than traditional air conditioning.

In a quiet residential area of Estoril, WhiteVillas is minutes from the beaches of the Cascais coast and the Casino Estoril, with immediate access to the A5 and a quick connection to Lisbon.

Construction is expected to be completed in March 2027.
