3 Bedrooms Single Family Detached

Welcome to 125 NW 11th Avenue, a well cared for 3-bedroom, 2-bath single level home in the heart of Canby. Built in 1967, this 1,428 sqft home blends original character with the right updates, including a newer roof (2013) and a primary rebuilt tiled walk-in shower. All appliances stay. Step inside and you’ll love the original hardwood in the living room and bedrooms, and the solid wood cabinetry that gives the kitchen its warmth. Outside, a large covered patio, looking out over mature landscaping and a stone waterfall feeding a koi pond. The seven koi stay with the home. And then there’s the shop. A 24x30 building, with 240 volt power on both walls, its own heat source, shelving in place, and a pull-down attic. Add the garage, two sheds, and separate wood storage, and you have room for parking, storage, and projects of every size. And the location? You’re a short walk from downtown Canby. This one is ready to welcome you home.
