The living area brings together the lounge, dining space, and fitness room in a seamless succession of interiors opening toward the water.

The property also includes a kitchen, dedicated laundry room, garage, and parking solutions for up to five vehicles, all discreetly integrated into an architectural composition designed for contemporary comfort and uncompromising functionality.
