GENERAL CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS

INTERIOR WALLS
Sharecropper walls: double masonry of perforated ceramic brick 15cm and 11cm, air box filled with thermal insulation in rock wool panel 4cm, and coated with plasterboard on omega profiles - thickness 35.6cm; Interior partition walls (inside the apartments): double plasterboard cladding on a single or double structure in metal profiles of 7cm and insulation in rock wool (5cm) - thickness between 13 and 26cm.
Zinc plate cladding type ’VMZINC’, camarinha system, vapour barrier in high density polyethylene film, marine plywood panel, thermal insulation of 8cm, on galvanised steel structure (LSF).

2cm solid wood flooring in the bedrooms, circulation and common areas inside the apartments; 2cm Estremoz marble in kitchens; Polished ceramic 30x30x1.5cm Revigrés in sanitary facilities; Polished ceramic 60x60x1.5cm Revigrés in common circulation areas.
