Tenuta Della Verna

Enchanting estate of 274 hectares nestled in the green mountains of Casentino in the municipality of Bibbiena a few kilometers from the Franciscan sanctuary of La Verna.
The property includes two rural hamlets restored to the rough with square footage respectively of 3,064 square meters for the main hamlet and 864 square meters for the smaller hamlet for a total of 3,928 square meters of living space. The two living units are connected to each other by an internal road that also crosses the forest and measures about 900 meters, they are, however, both reachable independently by municipal road outside the estate while the main hamlet is accessed via a private white road of about 950 meters. Within the property we also find additional cubicatures used for the storage of agricultural implements and stables. The large area of land allows the construction of additional structures related to agricultural activity.
The land is divided as follows: 95 hectares of arable land,37 hectares of pasture land and 142 hectares of forest.
As far as irrigation water is concerned, there is already a beautiful lake but more reservoirs could also be built if there is a need. Water for domestic use could be used from the springs already within the estate or connect to municipal water.

Chiusi della Verna, on the other hand, is about 6 km and 10 minutes away by car.
