Bellevaux 138m² Novarina Chalet Close To The Slopes 5 Bedrooms

Built in 1946 by Maurice Novarina, a renowned French architect, this chalet enjoys an exceptional setting on a sloping plot, with a breathtaking, due-south view over the Risse valley and the Roc d’Enfer. Recently and carefully renovated, it retains the full original spirit of the architect’s design.

The ground floor opens onto an entrance hall leading to the living/dining room, filled with light through its 4 picture windows and warmed by a fireplace and a wood-burning stove. French windows open onto a magnificent veranda, perfect for dining while enjoying the view. This floor also houses a study and a separate kitchen.

The first floor comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have a balcony, and two modern bathrooms. A steep staircase leads to the floor above, where two attic bedrooms have recently been created.

On the lowest level, the cellar has outside access and windows providing lovely natural light. It houses a laundry room, a large pantry, as well as the pellet boiler (installed in 2019) and pellet storage.

An original garage, built into the slope beneath the chalet, is connected to the house by a staircase.

The property extends over approximately 3,900 m² of land, part of which is wooded.
