This detached single-family property consists of three levels and a solarium with impressive sea views. The villa is located on a plot of 980 m².
On the basement floor, we have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a multipurpose room, ideal for leisure and recreational events. The ground floor houses an elegant open-concept kitchen, directly connected to the dining and living room, which extends to a spacious outdoor covered terrace.
The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them in the master suite), and an office, in addition to a private terrace. On the rooftop, currently open-plan, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Trafalgar lighthouse, Vejer de la Frontera, and the Natural Park of the Strait.
The villa’s extensive garden, with abundant natural light, allows you to enjoy the house and organize private events thanks to its strategically designed spaces. It features a 23-meter long saltwater pool, surrounded by over 350 m² of natural grass and palm trees.
Furthermore, the property boasts high-quality facilities and equipment, such as an outdoor saltwater pool for sports use, automatic access parking for multiple vehicles, a cinema room, a wine cellar, a bar, a chill-out area, zoned air conditioning, home automation, and natural grass with automatic irrigation.
The villa is located in Zahara de los Atunes, a charming coastal town in southern Andalusia, with five kilometers of coastline and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Its fine golden sandy beach, awarded with the Blue Flag and the ’Q for Quality’, attracts beachgoers and water sports enthusiasts like windsurfing and diving. In the area, there are numerous services, parking lots, and beachfront restaurants.
Zahara de los Atunes is a small Atlantic coastal town on the Costa de la Luz, sitting within the municipality of Barbate in the province of Cádiz. Backed by the Parque Natural del Estrecho and facing open ocean toward Morocco, it occupies one of the most protected and scenically intact stretches of the Andalusian coastline. The town retains a genuinely low-density character, with strict building controls that have prevented the overdevelopment common elsewhere on the Spanish coast.
The town centre offers a concentrated selection of seafood restaurants, including El Refugio and Antonio, both known for locally caught bluefin tuna during the almadraba season each spring. The five-kilometre Blue Flag beach is directly accessible on foot. Barbate is a ten-minute drive for supermarkets and everyday services. Tarifa is approximately 25 kilometres south.
Tarifa is reachable in under 30 minutes by car, with regular ferry crossings to Tangier taking around 35 minutes. Jerez de la Frontera Airport is approximately 90 kilometres north, around one hour by road, and handles direct connections to major European cities. Málaga Airport, with a broader international network, is roughly 160 kilometres east, approximately 90 minutes by car via the A-7 coastal motorway.
