Splendida Villa Del XVII Secolo Con Vista Mozzafiato Ad Arezzo

A few kilometers from the city center, on a hill with breathtaking views of Arezzo, stands this splendid 17th-century villa. The building has been expertly restored by a renowned Milanese architect, who carefully preserved the historic elements and combined them with modern luxury.

The villa spans three floors, with a total area of approximately 790 square meters, and is surrounded by a large garden of about 4,000 square meters, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding hills, with olive groves and vineyards that once inspired Piero della Francesca.

The villa consists of two main parts from the 17th and 18th centuries, which have been restored with a conservative approach by Mariapia Lodesani.

On the terrace, ancient 18th-century sandstone vases blend harmoniously with modern glass tables and baroque stone.

Inside, numerous works of art and stone decorations from archaeological and medieval finds embellish the large living room on the first floor.
