Modern Villa With Swimming Pool, Sauna And Sea Views | Arco Da Calheta, Madeira

Sea-View Villa with Heated Saltwater Pool and Sauna – Arco da Calheta
Every bedroom has a balcony facing the Atlantic. Downstairs, a heated saltwater pool and a private sauna make the most of Madeira’s mild climate, twelve months a year.
This modern four-bedroom villa sits in a quiet residential corner of Arco da Calheta, on the island’s sunny southwest coast. It has room for a family, a home office, guests and a creative studio, all at the same time.
Ground Floor
A wide entrance and ample parking lead into a bright hallway and a welcoming living room. The modern kitchen flows into a separate dining area: open enough for conversation, distinct enough for a proper dinner.
This floor also has a laundry room, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom now used as an office. It’s ideal for guests or older family members who’d rather skip the stairs.
Upper Floor
The master suite comes with a walk-in closet and an en-suite shower room. The two other bedrooms, one currently set up as an artist’s atelier, share a full bathroom. Each bedroom opens onto its own sea-view balcony, and that’s where mornings start.
The Outdoor Level
This is the heart of the house. The saltwater pool is heated by a heat pump, so swimming isn’t just a summer thing. There’s a sauna for cooler evenings, plus an outdoor shower and a guest bathroom, so friends can come and go without walking through the house.
Lower Running Costs
A 5 kW solar panel system feeds the home with clean energy and cuts electricity bills.
Why Arco da Calheta
It’s peaceful and residential, with sweeping coastal views and a slower pace of life. Shops, services and main roads are still within easy reach.
Live In It, or Let It Work for You
The pool, sauna, sea views and solar power make this villa equally strong as a family home, a holiday retreat or a rental investment, subject to the applicable licensing.
