The Chalet du Pontet is located in the charming village of La Frasse, which is part of the Carroz ski resort, situated 8 minutes by car. Just a 3-minute walk away is the bus stop for the free ski shuttles that take you to the gondola in less than 10 minutes. It is also the designated stop for buses that take children to schools in Carroz, Cluses, and Taninges.
Built in 1996 on a plot of 830 m2, it benefits from a lovely flat lawn in front of the south-facing facade of the house, from where one can admire part of the Aravis mountains. The highlight of the house is its above-ground pool integrated into a large brand-new wooden terrace. An ideal setting to enjoy beautiful days with family or friends. The land also accommodates a large double garage of 41 m2 with an adjoining garden shed and an attic where a 30 m2 two-room apartment has been set up with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a shower room with WC.

The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating powered by a 2020 De Dietrich gas boiler, which is connected, allowing for better management of its consumption.
