Income Producing Building In The Heart Of Antibes’ Old Town

Antibes occupies a singular position on the Côte d’Azur, sitting between Cannes and Nice on a peninsula that has drawn settlers since the ancient Greeks founded Antipolis here. The Old Town, enclosed by Vauban’s 17th-century ramparts above the Mediterranean, retains a density of history and architectural character that newer Riviera resorts cannot replicate. The A8 motorway provides direct road access to Monaco, Marseille, and the Italian border.
