The property is part of the 14th-century palace, currently registered as a historic monument, once belonging to the Boccarini family. It is located just a few meters from Palazzo Battaglia, the seat of the [hidden information] Municipality.

The property we are selling is on the noble floor, the first floor, accessible via a wide and comfortable 15th-century staircase.

The apartment consists of two adjacent units, merged de facto by the owner. One unit is the noble floor, and the other was purchased later, both part of the same building.

The noble floor features:
- A large salon
- An adjacent small room
- A cocktail kitchen
- A service bathroom

As seen in the photos, the salon is frescoed. The frescoes date back to the first half of the 16th century and belong to the Roman Mannerist school, attributed to a pupil of Agresti.

The entrance and interior doors are characterized by 16th-century portals.

The salon has a very high ceiling, about 5.5 meters, made of painted wooden coffers.

The floor, also restored and preserved, dates back to the 16th century.

The true jewel of the apartment is the frescoes, which depict the history of the ancient city of Amelia.

The frescoes include:
- The 1st metope: Mather Tellus, Amelia, offering her riches to the citizens, represented by a woman nursing the population with milk from her breast. Beside her are the Boccarini possessions and the coat of arms featuring four pearls.
- The 2nd metope: The construction of the city walls by cyclopes/giants.
- The 3rd metope: The military deeds of the Amerini against the city of Narni, in which they were victorious.
- The 4th metope: Amelia depicted as a woman holding flowers, symbolizing purity, and a torch symbolizing life, seated on a large boar.
- The 5th metope: A man plowing the fields, presumed to be Marcus Tullius Cicero, who is offered a toga by the Roman Senate, which he refuses.
- The 6th metope: Amelia abundant with fruits such as pear and apple trees.

On the other walls, there are frescoes depicting the coats of arms of Amerini families who had marital ties with the Boccarini.

All the walls of the noble floor are covered with silk from the Royal Ferdinandea manufactory of Naples, ”San Leucio”.

- The large salon features purple silk
- The small room features green silk

The ceiling of the small room is coffered with floral motifs.

The original draperies are similarly decorated.

All fixtures are metal with Saint Gobain bulletproof glass, 2.8 cm thick.

The second apartment, purchased later and merged de facto, includes:
- A large kitchen with a fireplace
- A spacious hallway
- Two bedrooms
- A bathroom

Additionally, there is a large room currently used as a laundry and cellar with its own entrance, adaptable as a bedroom or kitchen for potential service staff.

Completing the property are a storage room on the same floor and two cellars on the ground floor.
