Health, Continued Care and Senior Tourism Platform. We present an investment opportunity in a consolidated asset that combines a functioning healthcare operation with an already approved expansion project, inserted in one of the segments with the highest demand and growth potential. The existing operation includes a Residential Structure for the Elderly (ERPI) and a Long-Term Continued Care and Maintenance Unit (ULDM), totalling 86 operational beds, supported by a multidisciplinary team and an activity consolidated over more than two decades.
