the misty, cool mountains of Adjuntas — Puerto Rico’s premier coffee-producing
municipality and home to the island’s highest concentration of coffee
cultivation — Bosque Tanamá Estate is a 33.45-acre property where natural

Barrio Tanamá, the very heart of Adjuntas coffee country, the estate is home to
the highest-scoring coffee ever produced in Puerto Rico, earning an exceptional

staging areas. The facility includes a commercial roaster, wet mill, huller,
mechanical dryer, storage areas, and covered loading structure, all fully
operational and representing a substantial capital investment that would be
difficult and costly to replicate. At its peak, the farm produced 1,892 pounds
of green coffee — Puerto Rico’s finest. The estate is vertically integrated,
capable of managing the entire process from tree to cup.

The
property is currently in a resting phase, with three acres prepared for
