Founded in Rennes in 2006 by Arnaud Mustiere, Grand Ouest Immobilier is an entrepreneurial group initially developed around a property and land management business, before expanding into property development through the project management expertise acquired over the course of its operations. Supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, Grand Ouest Immobilier bases its development on the complementary nature of its two activities.

Today, the group manages property development projects in-house, either directly or on behalf of third parties, covering the entire development cycle. It specializes in mixed-use rehabilitation projects and focuses on a limited number of large-scale developments, carried out in co-development with experienced partners.

Founded in 2016 by Benoît Chantreuil, Greestone Immobilier is an independent property developer and a member of the French Federation of Property Developers (FPI). With more than 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors, Greestone works on both residential and commercial property developments. Its approach is based on an agile project-based organization, bringing together the right expertise for each project, with particular emphasis on the quality of its partnerships, attentiveness and reliability.

Le Sémaphore in Vannes, jointly developed by Grand Ouest Immobilier and Greestone Immobilier, reflects this shared commitment to delivering ambitious, high-quality urban developments. The conversion of the former 1967 administrative building was designed by Lacaton & Vassal, winners of the 2021 Pritzker Prize.
