Agriturismo Belsole

Treia itself is a town of high historical value, with a city center full of beautiful artistic buildings, surrounded by medieval walls. It is no coincidence that it is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The countryside is very elegant and lush, with an opening onto the hills that concludes with a view of the Sibillini mountains in the background. Macerata and its historic university, its very active Sferisterio theater in summer, and its lively historic center full of venues are just 17 km away. Belsole is a very charming house, located in a very secluded but not isolated area. Nearby there are other farmhouses that are not visible, as well as inns or agritourisms that are very frequented. A building spread over several floors, approximately 250 sqm, with a beautiful porch and a garden of about 1 hectare where a swimming pool of 12 x 6 m has also been built. Three very spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace. Porch with barbecue. Orchard and pool area with large solarium. Excellent road access.
