Bjurfors Beyond presents a substantial villa of 248 sqm in the heart of Falsterbo. The timeless architecture is the work of Sten Samuelsson.

The evening sun filters through the orangerie’s black-framed glazing, where the room rests gently enclosed by the garden’s mature greenery. Double glass doors on either side allow the brick flooring to extend seamlessly into the garden’s sequence of secluded spaces. On summer evenings, the air is scented with roses and peonies, and as candlelight is reflected in the glass, the atmosphere recalls verdant courtyards in Provence or Tuscany.

Beyond the orangerie, the villa opens into generous, light-filled living areas. Underfoot lies classic Hoganas tile, set against white rendered walls and enduring architectural lines beneath a natural timber panel ceiling. The restrained interior evokes the quiet elegance of timeless Nordic gallery spaces.
