Paradiso Sul Mare

This magnificent 1960’s beach house is a mixture of classic construction; high ceilings, stone and marble floors, iron columns and a modern house adapted to modern needs. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with sea views and a large porch with columns and benches, it is a classic of the period.

The entrance to the house, from the porch to the hall is through a beautiful old wooden door. This, with high ceilings, like the rest of the house, is the distributor of the upper and lower parts of the house. An arch is the entrance to the TV lounge, very large and with large windows overlooking the garden and with sea views, from where we go up to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a small gallery that makes reading area with large windows, so it is very bright and a dressing room.
On the ground floor, in addition to this living room, we have three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main corridor and another two bedrooms with a bathroom at the back. In the central area, in the other living room, a beautiful old tiled fireplace and the large dining room, make it a unique house.
The very spacious kitchen, perfectly equipped and with office, has an exit to a charming interior patio, which is used as a summer dining room, from where we can also go out to the garden. A staircase leads to the large roof terrace, surrounded by small minarets that give it a touch of Andalusian countryside, with beautiful views of the garden and the sea.
The house preserves all the reminiscences of the epoch as the high ceilings as the nice floors.

This property is located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river, on the beach of La Jara and in front of the Coto de Doñana, from where you can see the wonderful sunsets. At 3 km from Sanlúcar de Barrameda and surrounded by nature and tranquillity, you can take long walks along the beach and enjoy the rise and fall of the tides, not seen on other nearby beaches.
In the city of Sanlúcar de Barrameda you can stroll through the centre, visit its churches and wine cellars and the Palace of Medina Sidonia.
Jerez de la Frontera airport and train station is 23 km away and Seville airport is 100 km away.
