The Castle overlooks the Valtiberina, just 10 km from San Sepolcro, an uncontaminated natural area rich in history, which gave birth to and inspired great artists such as Piero della Francesca and Michelangelo Buonarroti. The small village has undergone a complete restoration completed in 2019 where the centuries-old stones and original wooden beams have been expertly integrated with frames and accessories in beaten metal, modern colors and fabrics that give the environment a sophisticated and elegant taste.
The property consists of the Castle, the Church and the Casa Grande, as well as the garden, the square and the swimming pool.
The Castle offers a large living space with a living room with fireplace, a professional kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace where there is a vertical vegetable garden, always on the floor the master with ensuite bathroom and a bedroom has been created in the ancient tower, perfect for children. Going up there are other living areas and another bedroom with bathroom while on the fourth floor two more bedrooms share a bathroom.
Next to the castle with independent entrance is the small house, an outbuilding that offers a living room, kitchen on the ground floor with bathroom conceived as a common space for guests and a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom on the first floor.
The Church can accommodate up to 20 people, perfect for small functions or weddings.
The large house that develops next to the church is conceived as 6 independent units all with kitchenette, living room and bedroom with ensuite bathroom, but also easily connectable to each other, on the ground floor a large kitchen, dining room and cellar are conceived as shared rooms that overlook the large courtyard of the castle in addition to a unit. On the second floor two more units one with a bedroom and the other with a double bedroom, one of which is on the tower. On the third floor there is access to a complete unit and the living area of a unit that has the bedroom on the fourth floor in the other tower.
