Casa Padronale Del 1887 Con Vista Sulla Baia

This impressive Mallorcan manorial house from 1887 offers the unique opportunity to acquire a property with character and adapt it to your taste. Located near Palma, it enjoys stunning panoramic views of the city and the bay, with complete privacy on a 15,000 m² plot.
A long access road leads, through a wrought iron gate, to the house, which retains its authentic charm. Its spacious terraces are perfect for outdoor evenings contemplating the views of Palma.
With eight bedrooms on two floors and numerous historical details, such as the high exposed wooden beams, it is a unique base for a comprehensive renovation. Outside, there is a pool and a long pond convertible into a training pool, and behind the house, a well-maintained vegetable garden.
It is connected to the municipal water and electricity networks, although it requires a complete renovation. An exclusive opportunity for those who value historical character and seek to create a refuge tailored to their needs.
