Affacciata sul fiume Tago e sull’Oceano Atlantico, la Quinta ha circa 150 metri di fronte al mare, situata ad una distanza di circa 30/40 metri dall’Oceano (prima linea di mare con vista completa) è attualmente composta da un Palazzo, una Staff House, 4 Garage, una Scuderia per 6 cavalli e una Torre dell’Orologio, con totale di circa 40 divisioni.
L’intera proprietà è murata, è attualmente autosufficiente in acqua e ha costruito un acquedotto per l’acqua piovana che passa sotto la Strada Marginale (ora chiamata Costa Pinto Street) e che va verso il mare.
