Avenue Félix Faure runs through the commercial and civic heart of Nice, connecting Place Masséna to the western edge of the city centre. The street is broad and well-proportioned, lined with Belle Époque and early twentieth-century buildings whose facades reflect the particular quality of Mediterranean light that defines this city. The Coulée Verte, a linear park threading through the urban fabric above the former Paillon riverbed, runs directly alongside, giving the address a rare combination of central density and open greenery.

Nice-Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately six kilometres west, reachable in around fifteen minutes by car or taxi, with direct flights to most major European cities and beyond. The Gare de Nice-Ville, the city’s main rail terminus, is roughly one kilometre north of Avenue Félix Faure and offers TGV services to Paris in around five and a half hours, with regular connections to Monaco, Cannes, and Marseille.
