A studio-style office, entirely glazed in steel framing, opens onto a 22 m² timber terrace, screened from view.

Families have nursery and primary schools, the Georges de la Tour secondary school, and several sports facilities close at hand; food shops, restaurants and local services round out daily life. Not far away, the Musée de l’École de Nancy carries on the decorative memory of these western neighbourhoods.
