The property is built around a 150-hectare cork oak montado, producing 8,000 arrobas of cork per 9-year cycle, with harvests confirmed for 2026 and 2029. It also includes 27 hectares of irrigated lowland (várzea) suited to rice cultivation, with its own water rights, served by a weir (lake), several springs, and crossed by the Marateca stream, ensuring year-round water self-sufficiency.
