Le Cannet sits directly above Cannes on the hillside, a residential commune that has long attracted buyers seeking elevation, calm, and unobstructed views over the Bay of Cannes without the density of the seafront. The upper residential quarter, known as Le Cannet Résidentiel, is characterised by substantial villas and well-appointed apartment buildings set among mature gardens, with a distinctly quieter register than the Croisette below.
