The hostel is centrally located in the pedestrian area of Kitzbühel. The hostel is on the 2nd floor of a residential and commercial building.

The hostel has been completely modernized in 2019 and all plumbing has been replaced. The hostel has six rooms with a total of 47 beds. The rooms are equipped with modern bunk beds and closets, and each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

The reception area has a lounge with seating, TV and bar. There is also another bathroom and a guest toilet accessible from the lounge. The breakfast room has a kitchen and a large table for several people.

A share deal is possible - all existing systems (reservation program, customer database etc.) can be taken over. The property offers an interesting return on investment. Current bookings/balance sheets can be provided.
