Penelope

Penelope is a private estate of approximately 20,600 sq.m. on the Ionian island of Ithaca. Positioned above a secluded bay and surrounded by mature olive groves, cypress and pine, it enjoys uninterrupted views across the Ionian Sea, direct access to a sheltered beach below and complete privacy.

The estate comprises four independent houses of approximately 60 sq.m. each, carefully positioned across the grounds to maximise privacy and uninterrupted sea views. Arranged among mature olive trees and established Mediterranean planting, each house opens onto its own covered terrace and garden, while the natural contours of the land create separation between the buildings.
