This new construction project is ready to go, the building licence is already obtained allowing the builder to commence construction immediately.

The villa is designed on a single level with a southerly aspect. Access is provided from the parking area, with steps down to the villa. Walking thorough the door into a bright welcoming hallway with storage cupboards leading to the open-plan reception area.

The spacious open-plan living area incorporates the dining room and kitchen, featuring triple-aspect windows to both sides and the front. Sliding patio doors open onto the pool terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle.

A hallway from the living area leads to all bedrooms, the family bathroom, and the utility room. The utility room includes a separate door providing direct access to the parking area at the front.

Both bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes and direct access to the pool terrace. The master bedroom also includes a dressing room and an en-suite shower room, with a door opening directly onto the terrace.

The 32m2 swimming pool is a freeform design to best fit the plot and is constructed using a reinforced breeze block structure, gunited, sealed, and tiled (choice of five tile designs available).
