Built as a Florentine fort which probably became a monastery and resting station for pilgrims with the name of Spedale di S. Jacopo. It is currently the center of the estate and houses a hotel with 16 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms in the main villa, 9 bedrooms in the first dependance, as well as a restaurant with a capacity for 80 people, garden and parking, the meeting room and a consecrated chapel. In addition to the villa there is a second dependance where there are 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, as well as 4 apartments which offer in total 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
