The first-floor bedrooms each benefit from their own bathroom and dressing area, while the entire upper level is dedicated to the master suite, conceived as a private apartment featuring a bedroom of over 35 sqm with its own terrace overlooking the lake, two dressing rooms, and two bathrooms. The living area brings together the lounge, dining space, and fitness room in a seamless succession of interiors opening toward the water.

The property also includes a kitchen, dedicated laundry room, garage, and parking solutions for up to five vehicles, all discreetly integrated into an architectural composition designed for contemporary comfort and uncompromising functionality.
