A Minorca, Una Tenuta Rurale DI 74 Ettari Composta Da Più Abitazioni, Che Combinano L'uso Agricolo

In Menorca, a 74-hectare rural estate comprising multiple dwellings, combining agricultural use with tourism potential. 74 hectares in Menorca is not just a property. It is a way of life.

The path leading to it is shared by just a few neighbours. Mount Toro comes into view before the house. Then the house itself: two dwellings within a single building, six bedrooms, exposed beams, alcoves, and wide porches opening out onto the fields. An old oven. An external staircase leading up to the high ceilings of the first floor, with a view of nothing but the countryside.

Set apart, an old stable stands alongside a woodland. The farm buildings stand there, unapologetic. Their scale and natural independence offer a glimpse of what this land could harbour beyond family life.

Menorca is designated a biosphere reserve. This land forms part of it.
